There are too many unnecessary posts in some topics. Examples of messages that will get you warned in the future, if you keep doing it.
"XDDD"
"ye"
"great"
"??????????????????????"
"word...."
This entire topic is basically an example of spam viewtopic.php?f=18&t=960. If you want to rant about a Pokemon without backing it up with constructive criticism, it doesn't merit its own topic. Post it in the Spam Thread which I just recently created. Actually that entire thread about Azumarill along with its replies are best fit in the spam thread.
Your topic title should also roughly reflect what your thread is about. A title like "WOAHHHHH!!!!" or "LOOK WAT I FOUND HAHAHAAA" or "best ever!!" aren't appropriate.
Why should we have so strict rules on this?
Because this forum has gotten a bit bigger since last time, meaning a lot of new posts per day.
We have to have consideration for others reading the forum. If someone enters a topic called Gym Leader Help, he or she obviously expects to read stuff about Gym Leaders and how to beat them only. If you start writing stuff in there about Harry Potter, it's going to ruin it for others (because maybe only half of what is in that thread is actually about tips for beating Gym Leaders).
With more members, a topic could have reached as much as 4 pages after a day or two. If someone returns to the forum, he or she would have to read through all those 4 pages. It's not so convenient reading through 4 pages when there's a bunch of off topic things there then.
The ones that have spammed the most recently are luciansgirl and imevil. TheRedAndTealEspeon a bit too.Try to spam less. If you want an example of a user that has high quality posts, take a look at shinysharpedo's. Pretty much every post he's made has been on topic and not just one-liners.
Also, some of you have too long signatures. By long I mean that they occupy too much height. Keep it under a height of 200 pixels. Also note that you can put images on the same row by doing this
[spoiler:pyqpv5a9]
- Code: Select all
[img]http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff85/Pokestadium/pokestadium.png[/img][img]http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff85/Pokestadium/pokestadium.png[/img]

Notice how there's no space or new line between the two [img] tags in the code. If you instead put the other image on the next line, they will stack up like this (which is not preferred because it makes your signature extremely tall)
- Code: Select all
